PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Summit Coatings PAVERSEAL (MATT) Block Paving Sealer is manufactured using premium grade acrylic resins.

Summit Coatings PAVERSEAL (MATT) water based sealer penetrates deep into the surface of the blocks protecting them from ingress of water, oil and dirt.

Suitable for – Domestic driveways and commercial car parks.

USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY

Suitable for use on block paving, brickwork and concrete.

COVERAGE RATE

This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the porosity of the substrate and the application method.

4m2 per litre approximately for first coat

6m2 per litre for approximately second coat

DRYING TIME

Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 3-4 hours.

Leave 24hrs before applying 2 ^nd coat.

Do not drive on the surface for 24 hours, after the last coat.

APPLICATION

Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any pooled water or contaminants before application. Do not apply if there is any chance of rain.

Apply using Brush, Roller, or Sprayer.

Be careful when going over grout lines for best results, use a dry brush to remove excess sealer out of grout lines do not leave pooled.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS

Store away from frost. Secure the lid between uses.

THINNERS

Thinners are not required with this product, use water for cleaning sprayers and brushes.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease and there are a couple of days of good weather so there is no chance of rain during application.

Health & Safety: Wear suitable clothing, gloves and eye protection.

Notice: Summit Coatings only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved to be defective. User shall determine the suitability in connection therewith. Since the product is used under conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, these materials must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

SPREADING RATE

• First coat: Approximately 4m2 per litre.
• Second coat: Approximately 6 m2 per litre.

Sprayers will provide the best results due to there being less chance of interfering with the sanded joints.

Rollers and brushes are fine for application, be careful when going over joints for best results.
